New Client Request

MY SCHEDULE IS NEARLY FULL FOR NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE AVAILABILITY WHEN FILLING OUT THE FORM.   Please fill out the form below to inquire about becoming a new client.  Please allow time for a reply and understand that an request does not guarantee that you will be offered an appointment.  There are many factors that will determine if I am able to schedule an appointment for you such as days/times both you and I have available, whether or not your presenting reasons for seeking therapy are within my scope of practice and appropriate for a telehealth setting (if requesting Telehealth), whether or not I accept your insurance plan, etc.  While I do not keep a waitlist, you are welcome to check back in with me regarding availability and I am also happy to provide referrals to other therapists who I know and trust in the community.  The Psychology Today website is also a great place to find therapists with openings.
